**Overview**
SCP Health is seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Hospital Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide medical care to patients in a hospital setting
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Participate in daily rounds and patient care conferences
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families
**Work Environment**
* 167 hospital beds
* Daily census: 42-45
* 7 on/7 off block schedule for full-time
* Two physicians rounding daily (7a-7p)
* In-house Nocturnist (7p-7a); and will cover ICU
* Two NP/PA shifts per day
* Closed ICU-ICU covered by Intensivist
**Requirements**
* Must be a licensed physician
* Must have experience in hospital medicine
* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
**Benefits**
* Full-time physicians are employed with benefits
* $30K commencement bonus plus $30K retention bonus for 24 month commitment
* Day position available $300+ annually plus benefits
* Competitive Medical Director Stipend
* Paid malpractice and tail
