Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in the 56-bed PICU, with an annual average of 4,200 admissions and shared coverage of an 11-bed technology-dependent unit, with 250 admissions annually.
- Collaborate with in-house physicians to manage current ICU patients and assist with admissions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum of a master's degree.
