We are seeking a dedicated, personable, and enthusiastic individual to take on a full-time role within our expanding practice, specializing in foot and ankle care. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with patients to gather essential demographic information for medical records and managing appointment scheduling.
- Collecting and verifying insurance policy IDs, as well as confirming benefits and providing cost estimates for scheduled procedures.
- Informing patients about anticipated charges based on processed claims.
- Clarifying patient deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses when necessary.
- Coordinating with other medical offices for authorization or pre-certification as required.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
