Facilities Maintenance and Security Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The individual in this role will be accountable for the upkeep and management of various facilities and surrounding areas across multiple sites. This position may require serving as a courier, ensuring security during evening hours, and covering shifts on weekends. Additional responsibilities include the handling of hazardous materials, safeguarding building premises, and executing general maintenance duties. Candidates must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and have the flexibility to work varied hours. Duties also encompass snow and ice removal during the winter season and participation in OSHA training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School diploma or GED is mandatory, along with a valid driver's license from New York State and a clean driving record. Applicants should be prepared to undergo a background screening. Experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or HVAC is advantageous.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
