Responsibilities- We are looking for an LPN who can administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- The ideal candidate will have experience collecting, storing, and transporting specimens for laboratory studies.
- Effective communication with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms is essential.
- The successful candidate will ensure that physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts.
- Assisting in the development and revision of service plans, informing the Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences, and sharing successful service approaches is also a key responsibility.
- This role may involve performing other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.
- The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, is required.
- Must meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
- Current professional license and CPR certification, if currently LPN/LVN, are necessary.
- Any additional certifications required by state or provincial regulations must be maintained.
- Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses.
- 401k plan.
- Part-Time position.
