Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pilot Flying J.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and shower facilities.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the store's facilities are well-maintained.
  • Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the store's facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Unload and reload towels for showers, and wash and dry them as needed.
  • Pick up and remove all trash and recyclables from the store.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
