We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at BlazerJobs.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work with a severe non-verbal autistic student on a 1:1 basis, providing behavior support and interventions in a school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior plans and track progress
  • Work collaboratively with a paraprofessional and virtual BCBA
  • Provide individualized support to meet the student's needs

Requirements

  • Active RBT license in Kansas or National RBT Certification
  • Previous experience in behavior support or special education
  • CPI training preferred
