Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail associates, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Customer Experience: Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and loyalty.
- Store Operations: Supervise floor coverage, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Training and Development: Partner with the Store Manager to provide ongoing training and development opportunities for retail associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Business Performance: Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
