Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Assure that a written physician order is received prior to exam performance and collect pertinent information.
  • Review exams on the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), checking for quality and completeness, and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Provide patient education to optimize their understanding within the scope of responsibility.
  • Assist the Radiologist/physician with patient exams and notify them of changes to the patient that may alter exam protocol and performance.
  • Verify that all images are on Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) with appropriate paperwork scanned in and distribute exam for interpretation to appropriate radiologist at completion of exam.
  • Demonstrate regard for patients' safety and comfort during transportation, immobilization, and positioning of patient.
  • Prepare pharmaceutical vials for injection, calculate and measure dosage accurately, and administer orally or by intravenous injection (IV) the correct diagnostic or therapeutic dosage and complete all required records.
  • Maintain accurate and complete record of all material received, dispensed, decayed and disposed of.
Requirements:
  • Radiographer certification from the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners.
  • Computed Tomography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) within 24 months of start date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 90 days of start date.
