Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team as virtual therapists. As a ProCare Therapy professional, you will have the opportunity to work with students remotely, enhancing their communication skills and making a meaningful impact in speech-language pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the student's educational program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's therapy progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Kansas SLP license (CCC's)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connection
