Job Opportunity

Beemac Logistics is seeking a skilled Freight Broker Agent Recruiter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent in the transportation logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and job boards to post agent openings and review active applicants.
  • Develop relationships with industry professionals to build a network of potential candidates.
  • Communicate the Beemac Logistics brand and value proposition to prospective agents.
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines and progress.
  • Coordinate the interview and offer process, including negotiation of compensation and financial terms.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new agents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing agents to ensure their continued success.
  • Monitor and analyze agent turnover, outreach, and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in regular recruiting meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Research industry trends and competitor employment branding techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics or freight brokerage, either as a recruiter or a current/past agent.
  • Substantial network of industry contacts and relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of 1099 employment parameters and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage active and passive candidates through various channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Work Environment
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs.
  • Must be able to travel to branch office locations as needed.
