  • Monitor and analyze data related to process parameters affecting product quality, recommending changes based on metallurgical insights.
  • Evaluate inspection practices to ensure compliance with industry testing standards.
  • Analyze yield loss by product type and production line, developing mechanical testing procedures for enhanced reliability.
  • Promote safety standards across all operational areas, identifying opportunities for improvement in procedures and equipment functionality.
  • Create designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, ensuring effective monitoring of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Proven proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, demonstrated by a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
  • Experience in developing mechanical testing procedures, with a minimum of three months in this area.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, supported by at least six months of practical experience.

Pre- or post-degree experience in developing these skills is acceptable, including academic projects.
