Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Professional to join our team as a Patient Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all patients and visitors. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
  • Aid with movement and placement of patients.
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement benefits, and employee assistance programs.
