We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pilot Company.

As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our stores are well-maintained, clean, and safe for our guests. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning showers and restroom facilities, washing and loading towels, and picking up trash around the travel center.

You will also work closely with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain our high standards.

**Estimated Salary:** $14.35 - $19.45 per hour (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and showers
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Loading and unloading towels for showers
  • Performing general repair and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Picking up and disposing of trash around the travel center
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
