  • Collaboration & Care: Work closely with intake teams and physician offices to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery of patient care.
  • Monitor & Support: Help track patient compliance, assess any adverse reactions, and ensure patients are getting the most from their therapy.
Requirements:
  • Experience That Matters: At least 1 year of pharmacy or healthcare customer service experience (Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus).
  • Certifications: A current Illinois Pharmacy Technician License and National Technician Certification.
  • Skills for Success: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • A Team Player: Someone with a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting colleagues.
