Job Title: Mathematics Instructor

At Arkansas State University Mid-South, we seek a highly qualified and experienced Mathematics Instructor to join our team. As an instructor in our mathematics department, you will be responsible for teaching developmental- and college-level mathematics courses, focusing on student retention and assessment of student learning.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in either Mathematics or Mathematics Education, with 18+ graduate hours in mathematics. Previous teaching experience, preferably at a community college, is also highly desirable. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate ongoing commitment to improving teaching and student learning, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

This role offers an estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and Canvas or another Learning Management System is preferred.
