About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Openwork. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, including inspections, repairs, and replacements as needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to extend equipment lifespan, reduce repair costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Manage spare parts, consumables, and components required for equipment operation, ensuring timely ordering and stock replenishment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in mechanical or industrial maintenance, preferably with experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mechanics, instrumentation, and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications or training a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
