Pharmacy Technician

As a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and service. You will assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including tasks such as filling prescriptions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including filling prescriptions, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional patient care and service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, including communicating effectively and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
