Job Title: Weekend RN Supervisor
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. As a key member of our nursing team, you will assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality care is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and supervise nursing care to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Currenly licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where you will be working.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
