Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Developer to join our team at Editech Staffing. This is a full-time position based in Dallas, TX.

NLP Logix is a Data Science product and services company that specializes in AI Solution Development, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics for various industries and customers across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience working with cloud environments, Infrastructure-As-Code, and version control using git and GitHub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop end-to-end software solutions with the help of other team members and implement those as customer deliverables.
  • Work directly with customers to effectively communicate solution progress and timelines and guarantee solution efficacy.
  • Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements, set up and develop continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines, and identify and maintain technical debt throughout project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  • Participate in and contribute to delivery/release (CI-CD) events, such as branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes, and review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience in an IT discipline.
  • Experience working with cloud environments, Infrastructure-As-Code, and version control using git and GitHub.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with competing deadlines, analyze complex information sets, and communicate that information clearly and effectively.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and practices, including agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Preferred Skills
  • Extensive experience with .NET, web technologies within the .NET ecosystem, and database engineering, including high proficiency with SQL and NoSQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, customer service skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.
Estimated Salary

$130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
