Speech Therapist - Temporary Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to provide exceptional services to students in Camden County, NJ. This is a temporary opportunity that offers flexibility and compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech assessments, testing, and diagnostic examinations to recommend courses of action or corrective procedures for students with speech issues.
  • Provide individual, group, or facilitative therapy sessions to help students overcome speech difficulties.
  • Assist with identifying and placing students with special needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
  • Collaborate with administrators and teaching staff to understand individual students' abilities and needs.
  • Attend meetings as needed to discuss students' progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech Therapy or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a school setting.
  • NJDOE fingerprints for background clearance.
  • Ability to travel to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $90 per hour, providing competitive compensation for your expertise.
