Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a full-time Security Officer to oversee a prestigious location in downtown Houston.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, greeting visitors warmly and assisting them with entry. Responsibilities include:
  • Enforcing all building regulations and property rules.
  • Adhering to site-specific post duties.
  • Reporting any unsafe conditions or suspicious activities.
  • Maintaining an orderly environment.
  • Training new staff on procedures and policies under management's guidance.
  • Making informed decisions regarding site safety and security.
  • Keeping detailed daily activity logs as per post orders.
  • Creating incident reports for unusual occurrences.
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior.
  • Ensuring all security equipment is properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Standing or walking for extended periods as required.
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate superior customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients, customers, and vendors.
