We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, and mechanical and pneumatic components and systems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and understanding 3-phase motor control circuits.
- Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
- Follow instructions and work independently as needed.
- Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Accurately complete all required documentation.
- Be flexible with scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shifts.
- Ensure safe equipment operation, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and cover other roles as required.
- Contribute to a safety-focused culture by following all safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess personal hand tools for all job duties.
- Salary based on experience.
