We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our home health branch. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new staff members
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure timely payment
  • Develop and implement staff training programs, including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education
  • Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours
  • Meet with location leaders on a regular basis and participate in area meetings
  • Identify and implement opportunities for branch improvement in administrative functions
  • Review activity reports and performance data to measure compliance and goal achievement
  • Ensure consistent reporting deadlines are met
  • Ensure branch compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Develop and implement hiring processes
  • Monitor daily payroll utilization and drive EVV utilization
  • Drive electronic documentation (EMR) utilization and compliance tracking
  • Manage unemployment claims and worker compensation
  • Travel between offices as needed
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of management experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Must be able to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
