At Ryder System, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Non CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle and delivering goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a vehicle within a designated area, adhering to safety regulations and customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
  • Load and unload freight, or assist in the loading/unloading process as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 9 months of verifiable driving experience.
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
  • Must have verifiable driving experience in like equipment.
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
  • Pass a DOT physical.
  • Pass a Ryder road test.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
