Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily onsite safety briefs with the sales rep, customer, and WTI crew to ensure a safe working environment
* Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any project, including communication with sales reps, WTI crew members, customers, and supervisors
* Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure tools and materials are available to complete projects safely and efficiently
* Complete end-of-day and end-of-project walk-throughs to ensure quality repairs and address any issues prior to leaving the job site
* Ensure all WTI Field Reps have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for customers
* Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps to resolve employee and work-related issues
* Perform other duties and projects as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager

Requirements:

* Minimum five years' experience in the roofing industry
* Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them
