Mixer Technician

Location: Dunlap, IA

Shift: 3rd shift : S-F 8 pm - 5 am hours may vary pending on business needs

Salary: Starting Pay: $19.00/hr +$2 shift differential

Quality Liquid Feeds, Inc. is seeking a skilled Mixer Technician/Maintenance/Receiver to join our team at our Dunlap, IA facility. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our feed production process.

• Coordinate batching schedules and production to ensure timely completion and alignment with planned timelines.
• Manufacture products according to formulations provided by the Corporate Office, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform equipment maintenance, including record-keeping and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Receive and unload ingredients from barges, railcars, and/or trucks at the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and company policies.

• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with various individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
