Shelter Fabricator

SITE Staffing in West Allis, WI is hiring a skilled Shelter Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble and crate rigid and padded seal and shelter products.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure and cut materials according to production schedules and job cards.
  • Perform foam padding and covering operations, including gluing foam pads and attaching hardware.
  • Stretch and/or nail covers to boards and foam to secure materials.
  • Assemble shelters, including trimming wood angles and securing parts.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $38,500 - $40,800, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year, with an additional $17,440 per year for the 2nd Shift Premium.
