Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in a shopping center or retail store under the supervision of a Site Manager.

You will work both independently and collaboratively with your team. The role typically involves performing the same cleaning tasks daily, which may include shifts before and after store operating hours.

Daily Cleaning Tasks:
- Clean entrances, restrooms, and various floor surfaces including vinyl, stone, and carpet.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and restock restroom supplies.
- Perform dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and utilize various cleaning machines.
- Operate a diesel-powered hot water pressure washer for cleaning outdoor areas.
- Ensure safety precautions and use protective equipment while operating machinery.
- Move furniture as necessary to facilitate cleaning.

Cleaning During Operational Hours:
- Patrol the facility to identify and address spills or hazards for customers and staff.
- Clean up spills and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
- Wipe down furniture and entrance doors, and remove gum from surfaces.
- Perform touch-up cleaning and restock supplies as needed.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying trash receptacles and operating compactor machinery.

Equipment Utilized:
- Cleaning chemicals, mops, buckets, rags, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and commercial floor cleaning machines.

Additional cleaning tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Compensation:
$15.50 per hour.
