Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at the Boca Raton clinic location. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners, ensuring patient safety, and performing high-quality scans. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, cleaning equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners to perform high-quality scans
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during scans
  • Order supplies and maintain equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and report to relevant departments
  • Utilize ancillary tools and equipment, including PACS and software systems
  • Image post-processing, including transferring images to PACS and ensuring all post-processing steps are complete
Requirements
  • Strong base knowledge of MRI imaging and patient safety
  • Licensed with the appropriate board, CAMRT
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or radiologic technology program
  • Clinical work experience of at least 2 years
  • Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate patient care skills and ability to explain complex medical terms in a clear manner
