Job Title: Survey Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. in Youngstown, OH.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing survey mapping and plan development for projects throughout Ohio. This is a permanent position with benefits, offering a salary range of $30.00/HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform survey mapping and plan development for projects throughout Ohio.
  • Utilize software such as ORD (Open Roads Designer), Bentley/Microstation/Geopak, and ProjectWise, particularly on ODOT projects.
  • Work independently or as part of a team/crew to achieve project goals.
  • Review job specifications and determine the best method of completing the job.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in various computer systems and software, including MS Office, Trimble Business Center, and Open Roads Designer.
  • Civil 3D knowledge and experience are beneficial but not required.
  • Research property and other public records to support project needs.
  • Process field data and resolve ambiguities to ensure accurate project outcomes.
  • Prepare and review legal descriptions and verify closures to ensure project compliance.
  • Hold an active Ohio driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Registration as a Survey Intern or Professional Surveyor is optional.
  • Occasional field work may be required.
