Actuarial Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating financial risks associated with health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and interpret data and related formulae
  • Monitor profit and profitability trends by line of business and/or product
  • Serve as Actuarial representative on major projects
  • Organize and direct the staffing and workflow of the section

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and minimum of 6 years related experience
  • FSA required from the Society of Actuaries (SOA)

Preferred Skills:

  • Extensive expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation
  • Highly proficient with modern actuarial and financial resources, programs, and tools

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $135,360 to $243,648. In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
