We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Architect to join our team at MedNational Staffing. As a Voice Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced voice-related systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital voice network.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in support, change control, and software tools.
  • Supervise and support department personnel, as well as coordinate with other IT departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future projects and their impact on the hospital.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with voice teams and solutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with complex multi-site VoIP networks.
  • 5 years of experience in a multi-vendor voice and data environment.
  • 5 years of experience supporting complex environments using tools such as Orion Solar Winds, Oasis, Comview, and Impact Technologies.
  • 10 years of experience with Voice Mail and Unified Messaging systems.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
