Key Responsibilities
  • Assist servers in attending to the needs of club patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, replacing linens, setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
  • Clear tables and maintain the general cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Deliver food when servers are busy.
  • Ensure the server station and bar are stocked and clean.
  • Prepare and refill water and other non-alcoholic beverages for club patrons.
  • Assist servers with processing payments as needed.
  • Remove trash and sanitize menus.
  • Set up tables, chairs, and serving stations for events or dinner service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the club's dress code at all times.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the work and success of the company by being solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all team members, and meeting customer service standards set by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Ability to compute simple math and count change accurately.
  • Able to obtain a food handler's permit or certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food service.
  • Certified Food Handler or local certification.
