Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Hang Over Easy. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring the smooth operation of our dish machine, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and sanitary washing cycles.
• Monitor and maintain the dish machine's water temperature to prevent bacterial growth.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to prevent breakage and loss.
• Keep the dishroom clean and organized, including the disposal of trash and recyclables.
• Assist in maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Perform cleaning tasks in food preparation and production areas as needed.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• No previous restaurant experience is required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop as needed.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 5 hours).
