Job Summary:
Vista Autism Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Behavior Consultant-ABA to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring individual progress towards treatment plan goals, developing programs, and monitoring the implementation of prescribed programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans, programs, and behavioral interventions across settings
- Conduct functional assessments and skills-based assessments as needed
- Monitor treatment fidelity and provide feedback to staff
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train and coach staff on ABA programming and methodology
- Assess and monitor staff performance to inform training needs
- Develop and provide training to Vista employees and stakeholders on ABA principles and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Lead treatment plan update meetings and maintain required documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 credits in ABA coursework
- Successful completion of Vista Autism Services' crisis intervention training
- Minimum 6 months experience providing ABA services and knowledge delivering ABA programming and methodology
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Internet applications
- Ability to implement, train, and coach staff on ABA services and crisis prevention and intervention techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related service field
- Behavior Analyst Board Certification
- Current First Aid and CPR Training
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The position requires the ability to travel to multiple locations as needed and to work in a fast-paced environment.
