Job Title: Claims Examiner Liaison

The Reliance Standard is seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner Liaison to join our team. This role will involve acting as a liaison between clients, employees, and healthcare providers, providing reliable and responsive service to claimants and clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for investigating claim issues, interpreting and administering contract provisions, accurately coding all system fields, coordinating with other departments, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines, actively contributing to customer service and quality objectives, proactively engaging in departmental training, and managing Performance Guarantee clients to meet targeted metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to develop proficiency regarding required RSL products, systems, and processes, Microsoft Office experience, attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to collaborate with others, strong organizational skills, customer service experience, and written and verbal communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $24.00 hourly, based on the primary location of Hawthorne, NY, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
