Location: 100% remote, must be located in the US

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay: targeting $50-$60/hour W2

Other Requirements: must be highly skilled in Python

JOB OVERVIEW

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Developer to join our Eligibility team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud development with expertise in Python, Spark, DataProc, Data Lake, and DevOps using Circle CI and Harness.
  • Experience in REST API development with Spring, as well as MongoDB, is a definite plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based Eligibility applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Utilize Python, Spark, DataProc, and Data Lake technologies to build scalable and efficient ETL Solutions.
  • Implement DevOps practices using Circle CI and Harness for continuous integration and deployment
  • Develop REST APIs using Spring framework for seamless communication between applications
  • Utilize MongoDB for data storage and retrieval, optimizing performance and scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in cloud development (prefer GCP)
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, DataProc, and Data Lake technologies
  • Strong experience in DevOps practices using Circle CI and Harness
  • Experience in REST API development with Spring framework
  • Knowledge of MongoDB for data management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Experience is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
