Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Maintain Electrical Systems: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in new residential construction projects.
  • Electrical Inspections: Perform electrical inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions to homeowners.
  • Diagnose and Repair Electrical Problems: Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and repair or replace faulty components.
  • Electrical Panel and Circuit Installation: Install and upgrade electrical panels, circuits, outlets, and switches according to local codes and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with homeowners to understand their electrical needs and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
  • Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of work performed, including service calls, repairs, and equipment inventory.
  • Communication: Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowner concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance and Safety: Stay updated on electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and safe operation of residential electrical systems.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an Electrical Service Technician.
  • Qualifications: Professional attitude, recognized as a Premier Service Technician, committed to Quality & Safety, strong communication skills, and ability to pass a drug test, have a driver's license, and pass a background check.
