We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CVOR RN Program Coordinator to join our team at Northern Nevada Health System. As a key member of our Surgical Services Department, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, evaluating outcomes, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Assist with specialty equipment and components of cases
- Monitor and position patients during procedures
- Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Nevada
- BSN preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years Cardiovascular experience
- Current BLS & ACLS certification
- Point of Care certification required within 6 months of hire
- Willing to take call/standby in the cardiovascular lab as needed
