About the Role
This Dermatology Clinical Lead position is responsible for developing and integrating a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program, providing clinical expertise and oversight for skin, wound, and incontinent products, as well as durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management.
- Provide clinical expertise for skin, wound, and incontinent products as the central supply representative.
- Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.

Requirements
- RN license (MPT/DPT with leadership review/approval) required.
- Completion of Skin Health Team Lead orientation training and Wound Basics within 90 days of hire.
- National accredited wound certification (CWS, CWCN, WCC, CWON, WOC, AWCC) or commitment to complete Advanced Wound Training and national accredited Wound Certification within 1 year of hire.
