Welder Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder Apprentice to join our team at Lippert. As a Welder Apprentice, you will be responsible for learning and developing welding skills to align and fit fabricated steel structures per engineer drawings.

• Attend classes on time and be prepared to learn
• Wear appropriate attire for the production floor, including long pants, steel-toed boots or shoes, and metatarsal guards
• Listen and follow instructions from certified welding instructors
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on classroom instruction. As a Welder Apprentice, you will be required to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday, with occasional lifting of up to 90 pounds.

• No prior experience is required, but prior manufacturing experience is beneficial
• Basic computer skills are helpful
• Ability to lift, bend, and twist throughout the workday
