Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Benchmark Therapy and Rehab, you will work closely with occupational therapists to provide high-quality care to patients in their home setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting occupational therapists in delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients, focusing on the development or regeneration of daily living skills and functional abilities within the home environment.
- Implementing treatment plans and interventions under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist, ensuring patient progress is meticulously monitored and documented during therapy sessions.
- Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care, addressing diverse needs and adapting treatment plans accordingly based on individual patient requirements.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
