We are currently working to build a team of Spanish speakers to better serve Northern Kentucky's growing Spanish speaking population. The Digital Product Specialist position at Tom Gill Chevrolet is focused on providing a high-quality car buying experience starting online. Our sales process is designed to be no-haggle on used vehicles and low-haggle on new vehicles, largely due to manufacturer rebates and incentives.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Spanish and English, as well as excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for responding to customer online leads in a timely manner, initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities, and assisting customers in finding the right vehicle that best fits their budget.

- Responding to customer online leads in a timely manner and answering questions with accurate and pertinent information.

- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system.
- Working with customers when they come to the store to provide a streamlined, omnichannel experience.
- Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales.
