Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Western Roofing Service, a Tecta America company, is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bidding on repair and reroofing opportunities and overseeing all aspects of project management from conception to completion.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with superintendents to determine labor production capabilities and work with production personnel to understand production processes.
- Review assigned plans and specs to establish basic material and labor requirements, and understand contract information and customer requirements.
- Work with other project managers/estimators to determine how to order materials and secure subcontractors, and review and approve invoices, materials slips, and purchase orders.
- Maintain open communication with clients to clearly convey progress of project and minimize unresolved issues.
- Clearly understand schedules, document change orders, prepare submittals, promote safety and quality control, and understand and maintain company policies.
- Bachelor degree (BS) or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or technical school preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of roofing systems is preferred, but not required.
- Experience or strong interest in the construction trades is recommended.

Western Roofing Service offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. Salary range based on experience $75,000-$100,000.
