Master Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team at BCI Acrylic Independent Dealers in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing residential plumbing services, resolving customer problems, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Collect payment from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools in excellent condition

• Journeyman or Master Plumber certification
• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• 6 months of experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing equipment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Physical demands include lifting, balancing, and crawling
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
