Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean assigned areas, including occupied and vacant units, common areas, offices, and public spaces, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and polishers, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Stock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of low levels.
  • Properly store equipment, tools, and supplies to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
  • Assist with laundry services and maintain a clean and organized laundry area.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies.
