Job DescriptionThe Route Supervisor will support the Service Department in achieving its goals by assisting with the management of route districts. This role will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development of a district to be a highly productive team through training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Supporting the District Manager in ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service through customer visits, audits, new installs, problem-solving, and open communication.
- Leading the district to success by communicating changes and policies, evaluating route organization, projecting a professional image, and requiring similar behavior from their team members.
- Cooperating with other departments in the branch to achieve common goals.
This is a full-time opportunity that requires frequent travel within the branch area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and route sales skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication abilities.
