Senior Nursing Director

We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to fill the role of Unit Manager at our North Shore Healthcare Support Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on assigned units and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $45.50 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) program. Our team members also enjoy six paid holidays, one floating holiday, and company-paid life insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations on assigned units, including managing resident care activities and supervising nursing staff.
- Ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care that meets our standards of excellence.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the state where you'll be working.
- Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
