Job Title: LPN/LVN Homecare Opportunities

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to work with our patients in Rockton, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license in the state of Illinois
  • 1 year of experience in home healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
